Clothing

At our evening classes students wear a Kickboxkarate uniform, but for students after school lessons we would advise that you turn up wearing some comfortable loose fitting clothing, School PE Kit is acceptable.

Footwear

It is advisable that students have suitable footwear on so they are able to take part without damaging their feet on the school floor.

Water

It is important that students have a bottle of water with them so that they can stay hydrated.
