The Adult classes are a great way to keep fit, stay in shape and learn a martial art at the same time. The class teaches all ages from 13+ years. The adult class will give new students an
introduction into martial arts and allow them the opportunity to increase fitness levels at a steady rate.

Ultimately our training program and grading system is about the development of character in a constructive way.

You don’t have to have had any previous experience because our classes are structured in a way that all levels benefit from the program.
The class lasts 1 hour in this time students will cover a variety of techniques all within a fun and friendly atmosphere.
We have a syllabus suited to Adults that will allow them to progress at a steady rate.
