It's his favourite club
My son started at age 6 and has been training for 3 yrs. It's his favourite club. Great bunch of kids, good discipline, very controlled. It's been a great confidence boost. Sean is really motivating and makes it really fun. So much so my daughter pleaded to join at aged 5. They get such a sense if achievement with each new belt gained. 1st class free so would highly recommend a try.

KBK has helped me to grow and gain confidence
I am appreciative for how my time at Kickboxkarate has helped me to grow and gain confidence and I owe many thanks to the club for this. When a KBK Instructor once said to me 'You are only as good as your last fight' I think this summed up how KBK has helped me, this is because it showed me that modesty and realism are some of the most important parts of everything from sport to life and I have learnt this through the clubs teaching.
